- In 2020, Northamber acquired specialist Audio Visual distributor Audio Visual Material Ltd (AVM) to extend its reach.
- With the sad passing of David Philips, in 2021, son Alex Phillips became the Managing Director.

- In July 2024, Northamber acquired Renaissance Contingency Services Ltd, expanding its Cyber Security presence into Europe.
- The company made a further acquisition in July 2024: Tempura Communications Ltd., expanding its presence in the technology solutions market.
- In February 2025, Northamber acquired EPATRA B.V. (incorporated in The Netherlands) and Epatra B.V. (incorporated in Belgium). EPATRA is a prominent distributor of professional Audio Visual solutions, focused on Smart Offices. The business has several direct distribution contracts with partners including Sony, LG, GoBright, Biamp, Sennheiser, and others.

- Audio Visual Material Ltd. Northamber completed the acquisition of AVM Ltd on 3rd February 2020. With best-of-breed products from a global line-up of manufacturers, AVM’s offers specialist sales and a personalised dry hire service to events and rental organisations.
- Tempura Communications Ltd. Northamber completed the acquisition of Tempura on 3rd July 2024. Tempura is a specialist provider of unified communications and collaboration solution. This strategic move strengthens Northamber’s position in the technology solutions market and enhances its portfolio of offerings to customers both in the UK and Europe.
- Renaissance Contingency Services Ltd. Northamber completed the acquisition of Renaissance on 1st July 2024. The acquisition underscores Northamber’s commitment to further strengthening its presence in the UK and Europe on its core technology pillars of AV, UC&C, Cyber Security & Infrastructure Solutions through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
- Epatra B.V. Northamber completed the acquisition of Epatra on 6th February 2025. This strategic move further enhances Northamber’s position in the Audio Visual market and enhances its portfolio of offerings to customers in Europe.
- Epatra acquires Sahara Benelux B.V. – A respected professional AV distributor in the Netherlands, expanding Northamber Group’s presence across the Benelux region.
