Board Committees
Audit Committees
The Audit Committee, currently chaired by Riccardo Reggio, is comprised of three non-executive directors; Riccardo Reggio, Ian Kilpatrick and Colin Thompson, all of whom are considered by the board to be independent and to have sufficient recent and relevant financial experience to discharge the committee’s duties.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee is chaired by Colin Thompson and comprises of three non-executive directors; Ian Kilpatrick, Riccardo Reggio and Colin Thompson. The committee meets at least once a year and is responsible for setting the remuneration policy and annual salaries that apply to executive directors.
Operations Committee
The Operations Committee comprises the executive directors and certain senior business managers. It meets weekly, and deals with the operational matters of the company other than those dealt with by the Remuneration and Audit Committees or by the full board.
